2011 Teen Choice Awards – Rolling Stone Lounge’s Unofficial Afterparty in Hollywood, California . August 7th

Picture Perfect magazine by Tamara Frank — Rolling Stone Lounge’s Unofficial After party brought out an array of celebrities. Not only did we get a chance to mingle with the up and coming young Hollywood stars, but some veterans of the business as well and we explored what role health and fitness plays in their busy schedules.

Most of the actors and musicians we talked to over the course of the evening say they have to find time and ways to exercise every day. Suggested activities that they work into their everyday lives include hiking, dancing, swimming, and exercises like sit ups and push ups. Singer Taylor Ashlynn Beckett admits that her body craves the gym now and she finds it necessary to work out every day. Beckett’s sentiments were shared by Didi Benami , RJ Mitte and The Dark Knight’s, Eric Roberts.
