Open Letter: Dear major record labels, Please sign Didi Benami. Here’s why?

The season is right. The reason is right…

Didi Benami is a finalist on Season 9′s American Idol 2010. She just finished a 44-city concert tour across North America along with the rest of the Top 10 finalists that ended in August 2010. In her hometown stop on July 28th, the honorable Mayor Bill Haslam declared it “Didi Benami Day” in the city of Knoxville! What a fitting homage and recognition!

We truly believe there is a season and reason for everything and it is up to us to make sense of the things life throws at us…

When we first saw Didi Benami in her audition in January 2010, something sparked within us. She is everything an artist, singer, songwriter should be and more. We’ve never believed in anyone as much as we believed in her. In all of life’s trivialities and heartaches, we haven’t had that feeling in a long time. There was instant connection and she has affected our lives!

How can such big talent be left undiscovered?!

We felt her genuine and kind spirit. We wanted her to achieve her goals. Multiply that same feeling to the thousands of people who saw her that night… That’s how inspiring she is to her supporters and fans that see in Didi the realization of their own small dreams being lived by Didi! It felt right to support her. It felt right to take action. She gave us a reason to believe on something important and bigger than we are… The season is right. The reason is right…

For your consideration, we respectfully invite you to discover Didi Benami. It would be a dream come true to all her fans worldwide to have her signed amongst the very best in a major record label. We’re not settling for anything less. She deserves THE BEST. It is a win-win for us all!
