We received a very sweet note from Didi’s mom a few days ago.
We wanted to ask permission first if we could pass along the message to everyone.
We had the go…
Thank you so much for writing, Didi fans endearingly call you “Mommy Benami.” 
Thank you Mrs. Stevens and Katie for taking care of Didi!!
From Didi’s mom, dated July 19th 2010:
Please tell Didi’s fans how much I appreciate them for defending her, knowing that she has been under the weather in the last few days. I also especially appreciate Katie Stevens and her mother Clara, who brought Didi chicken soup the other day to help her fight this throat crud, which is a nightmare for a singer.
As a parent, it means so much to know that other people are showing kindness to people you love when they are far away, and I appreciate you all, more than I can say!
